4. Payment processing and Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you pay by card or other methods through our checkout, or when you receive an invoice from us, your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We are required to append or reference these in our Terms and Conditions:

If you choose to pay by invoice, the first time you receive an invoice from Paddle you will be asked to accept Paddle's Terms & Conditions in a one-time popup when you view the invoice. Until you accept, the invoice may appear as "unpaid" (Paddle Billing) or "pending" (Paddle Classic) in our systems; this is expected and does not affect your obligation to pay once you have accepted.
